Visit 1 lays the foundation for the 3 visit series. In this session we will dive into a running assessment utilizing advanced technology, Runeasi, body assessment, AND run specific strength testing. This appointment will guide us in developing your personal home program.
Visit 2:
Exercises
This visit is all about your personal exercise program developed from visit 1. We will go through your program and assess your technique, answer any questions, and make any necessary adjustments.
Visit 3:
Bodywork
In this visit we will dig into bodywork needs based on your body assessment. This is a proactive approach to avoid overuse injuries once the season is underway. We will also answer any remaining questions about your personal program.
