Visit 1: Assessment
Visit 1 lays the foundation for the 3 visit series. In this session we will dive into a body assessment and bike specific strength testing. This appointment will guide us in developing your personal home program.
Visit 2: Bodywork & Exercises
In this visit we will dig into bodywork needs based on your body assessment. This is a proactive approach to avoid overuse injuries once the season is underway. We will also assess your exercise technique with your home program.
Visit 3:
Bike Fit
We strongly recommend that all cyclists and riders have a bike fitting appointment. Yes, even if you aren't a "racer"! Riding a bike is not a typical movement pattern from an evolutionary standpoint, let's make sure your bike is dialed to YOUR body's needs!
